Regular Fudge Mix & Fudge Ingredients
There are four types of regular fudge mix & fudge ingredients: Plain, Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and Penuchi.
These mixes & ingredients have a shelf life of at least two years when stored at a temperature of 75° F or lower.
A full case of regular fudge mix & fudge ingredients typically yields 1 batch of about 35 lbs. of fudge,
with each batch yielding approximately five to six-6 lb. slabs. The exact batch weight varies depending
on the variety of fudge being made and whether any add-in ingredients are included in the batch.
- Plain mix & ingredients is a neutral base, used for all the light-colored fudges,
such as Vanilla, Maple, Peanut Butter and Mint.
- Chocolate mix & ingredients is for all the "dark" fudges, such as Chocolate,
Chocolate Nut and Rocky Road.
- Milk Chocolate mix & ingredients is a lighter or "milkier" version of our Chocolate Ingredients.
- Penuchi mix & ingredients is a brown sugar fudge, popular in certain parts of the country.
Sucrose Free Fudge Mix & Ingredients (Fudge for Diabetics)
There are two types of Sucrose Free Fudge Mix & Ingredients: Plain and Chocolate. Sucrose Free Plain mix & ingredients is for the
light-colored fudge varieties,
such as Maple, Vanilla, Amaretto, Mint and Orange. Sucrose Free Chocolate mix & ingredients is for all the dark varieties, such as Chocolate and
Chocolate Nut.
A carton of Sucrose Free Fudge Ingredients yields 2 batches, with each batch yielding two-6 lb. slabs for a total of four-6 lb.

sign holder insert with information of interest to diabetics. This sign holder insert should be put in a 5" x 7" acrylic sign holder
(available from Calico) and displayed at your fudge counter.
Divinity Mix & Ingredients
Calico offers mix & ingredients to make a meringue-type confection called Divinity (sometimes called Divinity Fudge or Nougat).
Believed to have originated in the early 1900s, many people consider Divinity a Southern confection, since it is often
made with pecans, but this mouth-watering treat is enjoyed throughout the United States.
A carton of Calico's Divinity mix & ingredients yields 3 batches, with each batch yielding two-6 lb. slabs, for a total of six-6 lb. slabs.
In addition to Calico's Divinity mix & ingredients, "Whipping Agent" is required to make Divinity.
"Whipping Agent" is packed in
plastic pails and is available from Calico.
