I used to have a six-foot fudge display, as well as an espresso bar and coffee shop. The coffee shop wasn’t doing well in its location and the labor was too high to make a profit. After speaking with my Calico rep and seeing photos of some great displays, I decided to dump the coffee shop, extend the fudge case and do some remodeling.
