I think that fudge is a great product and I’m really excited about it. Fudge doesn’t take away from any of our other products -- it’s just additional sales. We sample as many people as we can. With our positive attitude and the great taste of our fudge, more likely than not, people will buy fudge. We sell way more fudge with the “Upsell” than without offering it. I’d say that approximately 70% of our fudge sales come from the promotion. Fudge is consistently one of the top three selling items in our store.

In a little more than two months, we’ve made about $25,000 in fudge sales. We set a one-day record of $825 in fudge sales. My goal is to reach $1,000 in fudge sales in a single day.
