Renovating to make room for fudge pays off

In less than two months, this retailer got back his initial investment

I thought that I’d put in a new counter and ended up doing a whole remodel. We tore up the front of the building and put on a new front. I put in new counters and had custom counter tops made. I put in a kitchen just so we could make fudge. I did all my renovating before we even made one batch of fudge.
