How To: Layer candy slabs into fudge
Find out how to make flavors your customers will love, such as chocolate with coconut in the middle and chocolate-vanilla chewy praline.
What you will need:
Pre-cut pan liner paper
Metal fudge pan
Candy slab layer
Fudge, according to recipe

According to the recipe, pour the appropriate amount of fudge into a pan lined with a pre-cut pan liner. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Using gloves, gently place the add-in layer (peanut slab, praline slab or coconut slabs) on top of the base layer.
Then pour the appropriate amount of additional fudge that the recipe calls for over the add-in slab(s) and use a rubber scraper to spread the fudge into the pan’s corners and sides.
Let set overnight and before adding to your display.
