While in Maine this summer, I tried 'Boston Cream' fudge. It was amazing! Just wondering if anyone makes it and is willing to share the recipe. The bottom layer was chocolate and the top layer was vanilla base, but with a custard/cream taste. Thanks in advance!
Is there any way to make apple fudge one slab at a time? When we make half a batch we usually end up throwing one slab away at the end of the season.
I wanted to know if anyone had mixed fudge with pretzels, I think that pretzels, white choc. chips and various things packed in fudge would be great. Yet, would I add water? And how well do the pretzels stay in the fudge?
Calico Cottage has perfected techniques to cut fudge properly and store it to maintain freshness. In the unlikely event that it’s necessary, you can rework any less than perfect fudge into a new batch.
We seriously had a hard time keeping enough fudge to sell.
