Does anyone know if any of the calico fudge products have canola oil in them?
I have a customer that is looking for either Kahlua or Moose Tracks fudge..has anyone made either of these? Could Kahlua be used in place of Irish cream?
While in Maine this summer, I tried 'Boston Cream' fudge. It was amazing! Just wondering if anyone makes it and is willing to share the recipe. The bottom layer was chocolate and the top layer was vanilla base, but with a custard/cream taste. Thanks in advance!
Is there any way to make apple fudge one slab at a time? When we make half a batch we usually end up throwing one slab away at the end of the season.
