5. Use Of Our Services By Children

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not intend to collect personal information from or about children under the age of 18.  If a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, that child´s parent or legal guardian should contact us at legalmatters@calicocottage.com if they would like the information submitted by the child deleted from our records. We will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database. If you are age 17 or younger, you are not authorized to submit any content or information to us without the explicit consent of your parent or legal guardian. 

6. Opting Out Of Future Communications

You may opt out of receiving email marketing communications from us at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in emails, or by emailing us at legalmatters@calicocottage.com.  To opt out of physical mailings and telephone communications, you may email us at the above address.  We will be sure your name is removed from our list as soon as possible after we receive your request.  Please be aware, however, that even after your request is processed, we may, for a time, retain residual information about you in backup and/or archival copies of our database.

This Privacy Policy and our legal obligations hereunder are governed by and subject to the laws of New York and the USA, regardless of the location of any user. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the federal and state courts located in Suffolk County, New York, USA in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy.
