While in Maine this summer, I tried 'Boston Cream' fudge. It was amazing! Just wondering if anyone makes it and is willing to share the recipe. The bottom layer was chocolate and the top layer was vanilla base, but with a custard/cream taste. Thanks in advance!
Is there any way to make apple fudge one slab at a time? When we make half a batch we usually end up throwing one slab away at the end of the season.
I wanted to know if anyone had mixed fudge with pretzels, I think that pretzels, white choc. chips and various things packed in fudge would be great. Yet, would I add water? And how well do the pretzels stay in the fudge?
Think outside your four walls. Bring your fudge to new customers at local or regional craft fairs, farmers’ markets and community festivals. Or partner with local non-profits that can sell your fudge to raise money for their programs. Calico Cottage’s experts will help you with support, ideas and advice.
There’s no limit to your profits from fudge, if you look for new places to sell it.
We do the Buy a Pound, Get a Half Pound Free. That is my Number 1 sales tactic.
