Una relishes time with her husband, Tom, daughter, Olivia, and their two LARGE dogs! Family time is paramount and they appreciate simply being together. In her downtime, Una enjoys swimming in their pool or losing herself in a good book, especially historical fiction. She loves exploring new restaurants and traveling. Paris is her favorite spot and she’s hoping to take Olivia to visit the Ice Hotel in Sweden to see the Northern Lights. Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt is Una’s favorite fudge.
