Erika enjoys spending her free time with her family. She also likes being outdoors and appreciates nature. Whenever possible, she enjoys visiting state parks, waterfalls, and lakes. Erika has a passion for traveling and exploring new places. Some of the destinations on her bucket list include Sardinia, Italy, and Thailand. She also makes it a priority to visit her parents’ home country of El Salvador at least once a year or every other year. Having previously lived in North Carolina and Dallas, Texas, she especially enjoys visiting her brother in Dallas-she says the food there is amazing.

In her downtime, Erika enjoys a wide range of music and listens to just about everything, with Drake and SZA among her favorite artists. She loves both horror and comedy films, and one of her favorite horror classics is The Exorcist. Her go-to comfort shows are Desperate Housewives and Criminal Minds.

Erika enjoys cooking at home but also loves dining out. Her favorite foods include seafood and Thai cuisine.

When it comes to Calico fudge, Erika’s current favorite flavor is Cookies n Cream.
