Liz and her husband, Doug, are parents of two daughters, plus a dog and cat. She loves nature, gardening, and taking long walks with her husband and dog. Liz enjoys baking and is known for her gingerbread cookies. She practices yoga and likes periodically updating her home with fresh new looks. Liz enjoys spending time visiting family in Florida and Maine each year. On her bucket list? The Galapagos Islands. One of Liz’s favorite quotes is by Malcolm Forbes, “You can easily judge the character of others by how they treat those who can do nothing for them or to them.” Liz likes classic fudge flavors like Chocolate, Chocolate Walnut and Chewy Praline.

Spending time with her husband and sons is Liz’s prime objective when she’s away from the office. When the warm weather approaches, Liz can be found enjoying the outdoors and gardening. She’s a dedicated member of the Joubert Syndrome & Related Disorders Foundation. Liz’s absolute favorite pastime, besides online shopping? Savoring a delicious bowl of ice cream with oodles of fun toppings. Liz will succumb to Chocolate Cookie Fudge Swirl Fudge and Cinnamon Glazed Pecans.

Luis just loves hanging out with his kids and cooking for them. He’s an expert at making sushi and moonlights as a sushi chef at night. Basketball is his favorite sport, but don’t include swimming on the list: Luis doesn’t know how! He follows the advice of Albert Einstein: “Never give up on what you really want to do. The person with big dreams is more powerful than one with all the facts.” Strawberry Cheesecake Fudge tops Luis’s list of favorite flavors.

When Lynn doesn’t have her nose in a book, she can be found doing the NYTimes crossword puzzle, playing games on her tablet, or watching reality TV…a guilty pleasure! She enjoys traveling, photography, writing poetry, music, dance, movies, theater, and the revival of knitting and crocheting. Lynn is also a licensed Massage Therapist and a member of MENSA. Her favorite fudge is Salted Nut Roll. Oh, the texture! Words she follows: “Sometimes what you don’t say is more important than what you do.”

Maria adores spending time with her husband and two grown sons. She also has two dogs — a male Shiba Inu and a female mixed breed. Family means the most to Maria and they talk about everything! Her four older brothers call her for advice and mentorship. Maria likes watching game shows, particularly Family Feud. Maria enjoys music and, if she’s in the mood to dance, will listen to salsa and merengue. She loves movies (even horror films)! Her favorite film is Moonstruck. Maria has a green thumb and nurtures indoor and outdoor plants and flowers. She’s not much of a traveler but loves Disney World and Universal. A very happy person, Maria is always positive and loves life. Her mantra? “Live for today, tomorrow is not guaranteed.” Classic Chocolate is her favorite fudge flavor.

Mark Anthony is someone who truly embraces being home. He will admit, however, that he’s lazy about folding his clothes. When he’s not procrastinating about that, he enjoys playing his guitar and listening to music. Mark Anthony follows the words of Confucius: “Don’t do unto others what you don’t want done unto you.” His all-time favorite flavor of fudge is Peanut Butter.

Fun. Unique. Bold. Even nutty at times. These are common characteristics of fudge…and many say they describe Mark, as well. He has a vast repertoire of fairly questionable behavior, such as skydiving, bungee jumping, scuba diving and more. Mark is a devoted husband (he proposed to his wife on their first date), loving father and doting grandfather. He has a sharp wit, clever sense of humor, and embraces participating in pranks. His favorite fudge flavor, bar none, is Peanut Butter Chocolate.

As quiet as Markevin may be at work, at home he plays the drums and loves to sing. He also enjoys playing games online and ranks basketball as his favorite sport. While he doesn’t have a top choice flavor of fudge, he loves Cinnamon Glazed Cashews. Markevin’s words of wisdom: “When you lose the game, practice the next day. So the next day you play, you lose again. The more you lose the more you learn to never give up.”

Marko enjoys riding bikes, playing soccer, and shooting hoops with his two sons. He belongs to an over-30 soccer league where you’ll find him each Sunday during the season. He likes board games (Monopoly is his favorite!), listening to all genres of music, and watching Netflix. Marko loves to travel and makes an annual trip home to Jamaica at least once a year. He can’t stop eating Cinnamon Glazed Almonds and won’t say no to Cookie Dough Fudge. His philosophy? “Whatever you do, do well.”

The one thing Mary loves most about living with her five siblings is all the talking, laughing, and singing. Music is Mary’s life and she much prefers it over television or movies. She enjoys karoake, singing, and Tik Tok dances. She’s not into sports, but does enjoy cooking, especially making rice. Not much of a traveler, her bucket list destination is Las Vegas. She used to be head cashier in a bingo boutique and misses the sounds of the machines! Her favorite fudge flavors are Cookies ‘n Cream and Pumpkin.

Max loves traveling, whether it’s a safari to Africa, snowboarding in the Swiss Alps, a once in a lifetime trip to the Galapagos Islands, or an annual “fun in the sun” vacation with extended family (he adores his niece and nephew). Max watches and plays all sports…he’s a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan and particularly into MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). He’ll compete at high level tennis and beat anyone in ping pong. He has a fast metabolism, never weighing over 135 lbs., even after eating 10,000 pints of Haagen-Dazs Coffee ice cream in his life. He’s a self-proclaimed TV connoisseur, predominantly into crime/thriller/gritty genres or documentaries. He’s also an avid podcast listener. Max craves Salted Nut Roll Fudge.

Meagan loves playing with her dog, Jaxon, a boxer mix, and also likes biking and swimming (she was on her college swim team). Meagan loves the beach, hanging out with friends, and visiting local breweries. She enjoys all genres of music except country. Favorite TV shows: Survivor, The Office, and The Challenge. Costa Rica was a great travel experience and snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef is on her wish list. Meagan’s fave fudge flavor is a toss-up between Peanut Butter Chocolate and Jelly Donut.

Michael enjoys running and is a huge sports fan who loves traveling to new stadiums. His goal to visit the stadiums and arenas of all MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL teams. His all-time favorite team is the Seattle Seahawks and he’s been a proud fan from the day the franchise began. Here’s a fun fact about Michael: He hasn’t taken a sick day since 1981! Michael’s favorite fudge flavor is Cookies & Cream, but he’s a sucker for anything chocolate. He also has a soft spot for Cinnamon Glazed Almonds.

A native Filipina, Michelle immigrated to the U.S. in 2019. She comes from a musical family and sings with her brothers and sisters. She loves to cook, yet her family hesitates to eat her meals since her experimenting can go awry! Michelle watches Netflix and adores inspirational, heartwarming movies. She also enjoys the writings of José Rizal, the Philippines’ national hero. Michelle dreams of seeing the Great Wall of China and Niagara Falls. Her fudge of choice is pure, plain Peanut Butter Fudge!

Michelle has a fiancé (Brandon), a Yorkie (Molly), and considers her grandmother her BFF. How sweet is that? She likes crafting items with her Cricut® cutting machine. She hangs out with friends, walks her dog, and enjoys the outside. The beach is her favorite place! Michelle likes Mets games, Netflix, Marvel movies, listening to country music, and concerts at Jones Beach. She adores summers out east where she can watch the sunsets. Road trip, anyone? Micoh is all for them! He adores traveling and driving, so the perfect vacation combines the two. Micoh indulges video games, especially those that revolve around role play. He’s an easy-going guy who enjoys playing and watching sports, especially basketball and tennis. Micoh embraces the phrase, “Carpe Diem” as he truly wishes to “seize the day!” His favorites: Peanut Butter Fudge and Cinnamon Glazed Almonds.

Monzoor is from Bangladesh and previously lived in Dubai. Growing up, he had a menagerie of dogs, pigeons and guinea pigs. He played cricket in his youth and now enjoys watching football and soccer. Monzoor relaxes by watching news, travel shows, and historical movies. He’s thrilled to show relatives around Long Island and Manhattan…a place he finds “amazing!” Monzoor wants to explore the USA, Mexico, Portugal, and Ireland (his wife’s ancestral home). His favorite fudge? Peanut Butter Chocolate.

Muhammad hails from Punjab, Pakistan and enjoys spending family time with his spouse, son, daughters, and in-laws. They engage in activities suited for the children. Muhammad likes playing Cricket going to the beach, watching news on television, and reading non-fiction books. Although he considers himself a homebody, visiting New York City to take in the sights, like Times Square and the Statue of Liberty is appealing. His favorite fudge is a perennial favorite…Peanut Butter Chocolate.

Myra, a single mom of ten, enjoys cooking for family. Her signature dishes are Filipino-based: rice cakes and sweet puddings. She enjoys discovering new recipes, then creating her own versions. Myra sings with her siblings and loves classic rock. She watches game shows and basketball on TV and plays badminton. She collects memorabilia from the movie Frozen and loves travel, hoping to visit Disney World one day. Myra’s fudge favorites? Chocolate Walnut, Maple Walnut and Peanut Butter Chocolate.

A born and bred Long Islander, Neil loves to travel and has a strong affinity for cruises, with St. Maarten being his favorite port-of-call. He is passionate about technology, kayaking, hiking with his dog, Bernie, and cars. He owns four, including a ’99 Mustang convertible and a special edition Camaro (1 of only 20 made). Neil enjoys spending time with friends and family and, in his downtime, will often stream shows on Netflix and Hulu. Neil’s top fudge flavor is Cookies ‘n Cream. Yum!

Nikki loves to hang with friends and go hiking or visit breweries. She enjoys going on short runs and her goal is to do a 10K. Nikki enjoys listening to country music and unaccompanied piano pieces. She likes watching period pieces and fantasy shows on TV. Nikki adores traveling and plans a big vacation each year, like Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, or Greece, where she went cliff jumping. Nikki focused on mindfulness and being present and she lives by the words: “No rain. No flowers.” Cookie’s ‘n Cream is her favorite fudge!

Paul is a native Filipino who likes hanging with his sister, watching YouTube and Netflix, or playing games on his phone. He’s a fan of action and enjoys the Avengers series, as well as Jackie Chan or Bruce Lee movies. Musically, Paul has a soft spot for a good love song. He also likes basketball and lawn tennis. Paul loves the sights of New York, beaches of the Philippines, and hopes to visit Egypt one day. Creating travel vlogs is a dream! Peanut Butter Chocolate is Paul’s top fudge flavor.

Rusty’s idea of a good time is a date with his wife — dining out, playing at the casinos, or hopping on a motorcycle. Rusty truly enjoys his motorcycle, in addition to building things. Rusty is fond of Yogi Berra’s quote: “When you come to a fork in the road, take it!” Penuchi is his absolute favorite fudge flavor, closely followed by Divinity Nut.

When Ryan was younger, he played baseball and now loves to hit the driving range or play golf. He enjoys watching Formula 1® racing, soccer played in England, and loves hockey. Music? He listens to everything from hip hop to classic rock (yeah, Beatles!) to pop and country. Ryan likes Peaky Blinders on Netflix and playing video games with friends. He embraces taking walks and traveling to see fall foliage. Unfortunately, Ryan must forego eating fudge due to his peanut allergy. What a bummer!

Sammy, a native of the Philippines, enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary Jane, and daughter, Jenessa Maine. A cockatiel and two parakeets round out the family. As someone who loves the outdoors, Sammy enjoys riding his bike around the neighborhood and flying his small drone. He’s a homebody who likes working on household projects. In Sammy’s downtime, he watches Netflix and enjoys music. Two favorite artists are Pink Floyd and Tupak Shakur. Fun fact: Sammy studied architecture and continues to take courses. Sean loves the outdoors, especially when he’s near the water. He’s embraced wakeboarding, tubing, and fishing. He loves to swim and it’s no wonder that his first job was as a lifeguard. Sean’s favorite sport is baseball (Go Yankees!) and he played tournament volleyball while in school. Sean likes comedy and action films and enjoys solving whodunits. He’s been bitten by the travel bug and would love to visit Ireland, Scotland, and Alaska. Favorite fudge flavors? Rocky Road and Cookies ’n Cream.

Sydney is musical…she plays piano, clarinet, guitar and ukulele, and is trained in tap, ballet and pointe. She loves board games with family, playing with her two dogs, and spending time at the gym or going to dinner with friends. She’s a horror film buff and is obsessed with The Office and watching anime. Sydney enjoys camping in Lake George, and has traveled to Greece and Italy, where she saw the Vatican and took a gelato making class. She’s also worked with Habitat for Humanity. Favorite fudge? Tom is a man who loves working with his hands, so activities like landscaping, gardening, and home improvement projects top his list of favorite pursuits. He also enjoys fitness, faith, and photography. One of his special pleasures is roasting and drinking coffee. His life’s mantra comes from Andy Stanley: “Don’t look for the right person, become the person the person you are looking for is looking for.” Tom’s says two fudge flavors can’t be beat: Jelly Donut and Peanuttiest Caramel Chocolate.

Tom is a man defined by family, work, and fixing things. What drives him? Learning how things work so that problems can be solved. He loves finding the potential in everything, whether in people or the projects he is working on; he sees the diamond in the rough. Time in the military fueled his desire to learn. He embraced technology, worked in law enforcement, and became a teacher. His philosophy: “The only thing you can change on the path to success is yourself. Be willing to adapt.” Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge tops his list.

Una relishes time with her husband, Tom, daughter, Olivia, and their two LARGE dogs! Family time is paramount and they appreciate simply being together. In her downtime, Una enjoys swimming in their pool or losing herself in a good book, especially historical fiction. She loves exploring new restaurants and traveling. Paris is her favorite spot and she’s hoping to take Olivia to visit the Ice Hotel in Sweden to see the Northern Lights. Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt is Una’s favorite fudge.

Vicki’s always on the go and enjoys watching her oldest daughter dance, her middle son race mountain bikes and her youngest thrive at being a Cadet for the Civil Air Patrol. A favorite pastime is soaking in the rays at the beach in Montauk or on a long adventurous hike in the mountains of Wyoming. She loves to cook, travel and enjoys fine dining wherever her travels take her. Her bucket list includes hiking to the base camp of Mt. Everest! As an innovator, Vicki has an accomplished reputation as a Pastry Chef, Wedding Cake Decorator and is passionate about educating in all things food. Her go-to fudge flavors are Chocolate Cream Pie, Divinity and that surprise flavor that she is currently working on.

Vir can’t get enough time with his adorable twin daughters and particularly enjoys when they play together! When not working or taking part in family time, eating and sleeping are his go-to activities. And, by the way, Vir will never turn down Rocky Road Fudge. His favorite quote comes from Abraham Lincoln: “The best way to predict the future is to create it.”

Virgil spends as much time as he can with his family and cherishes playtime with his daughter. He’s a closet master chef who loves to cook. Traveling is also one of his passions. Yvonne gets a kick out of cooking, gardening (she considers it dirt therapy), and making her own pickles. Zeynep hails from Turkey and enjoys shopping, movies, and dinner or drinks with friends. She plays the violin and piano and listens to music 24/7: Reggaeton, Pop, Jazz, Latin and R&B. Her favorite TV shows are The Office and Modern Family. Zeynep watches basketball and is a fan of the Golden State Warriors. She’s known for baking cakes and French pastries.
