Annaliza was born in the Philippines and lived in New Jersey for almost 20 years before moving to New York. A proud mother, Annaliza has two boys and two girls, and a grandson whom she dotes on adoringly. When she does get a quiet moment to herself, Annaliza enjoys watching a good action or horror film. She enjoys any type of music and loves to travel. The top place on her bucket list of travel destinations is Disneyland in Tokyo! Her favorite fudge flavor is Salted Nut Roll.

Although Anthony lives locally, he has property in North Carolina where he enjoys its scenic beauty, in addition to his cats, goats, and chickens (who lay colorful eggs in shades of brown and blue). In Anthony’s off-hours, he still enjoys working by doing electrical work for family and friends. He likes to do household chores and repairs, as he is very handy. In fact, his wealth of knowledge has led others to call him the Wikipedia of homeowner improvement. During his downtime, Anthony spends time with his fiancée, plays football with his son, hangs out with friends and family, especially when it comes to relaxing in his hot tub. He enjoys binge watching Netflix — he’s a crime buff who likes documentaries and Law & Order SVU. When Anthony was younger, he traveled all over during the time his father was in the Coast Guard. At that time, he was captivated most by New York. He also likes being out west and names San Diego and Idaho as favorite destinations. A visit to Spain for the food and culture is on his bucket list. His motto is: Take it day by day! Hands down, Mint Chocolate is his favorite fudge flavor.

Brian lives by the adage: “If you like it, love it.” There is no doubt that he LOVES watching sports, playing chess, and becoming engaged in a good game of cards. He adores Caramel Chocolate Peanut Fudge. It tastes just like a Snickers® Bar!

Bruce is adopted and one of 8 siblings! When he’s not working in the yard, Bruce, his wife, and 2-year-old son spend time traveling and going on daily adventures. Being a dad is his favorite thing in the world! He’s an avid griller who smokes meats and creates new recipes. Speaking of smoking…Bruce often enjoys a good cigar. He abides by the words of Derek Jeter: “There may be people that have more talent than you, but there’s no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do.” Tiger Butter Fudge and Cinnamon Glazed Pecans tempt his taste buds.

When Bryan is not spending time with his family, he enjoys fishing, basketball, and football. Bryan jokes that people who know him insist that he has OCD. His detail-mindedness comes in handy when he builds miniature doll houses and creates their accessories. Bryan can’t decide between Salted Nut Roll, Rocky Road, and Chewy Praline as his favorite fudge. Nuts are easy: Cinnamon Glazed Cashews. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing” – Edmund Burke.

A native Long Islander and now a Bayshore resident, Carly has a son James (8), and their turtle appropriately named Turtley. She and James cherish outings to the park, bowling dates, and long walks near scenic water views. The allure of Manhattan captivates Carly and her boyfriend, Nelson, where they appreciate leisurely walks, stopovers in Central Park, and exploring the city’s food scene. Not much of a television watcher, Carly immerses herself in audio books, hoping for more time to indulge in reading. Dreams of tropical destinations top her travel bucket list. Nelson has a photography business, and Carly lends her skills as a weekend videographer, specializing in weddings, Sweet 16s, and Quinceañeras. Carly is passionate about cooking and baking and was a pastry chef for seven years post culinary school. She adores creating delectable cakes, cookies, and cupcakes, and has a penchant for whipping up Italian and Spanish cuisine. Creamy, decadent Chocolate Fudge is her favorite fudge flavor. Her guiding principle, borrowed from Jean Houston, resonates deeply: “No matter what the situation is, don’t let your emotions overpower your intelligence.”

Christen grew up on Long Island and played viola in her high school’s orchestra and was on the varsity volleyball team. She is a serious dog lover and hopes a poodle or corgi will soon make her a dog mom! In her downtime, Christen loves to shop, frequenting brick and mortar stores so she can actually see the merchandise and keep abreast of trends. She’s a huge movie buff and loves anything with a twist. Christen is a die-hard Harry Potter fan. In fact, her favorite quote is attributed to a Harry Potter character, Albus Dumbledore: “Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” You won’t be surprised to learn that her favorite movie is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Other film faves are Shutter Island and Titantic. Christen also enjoys television and enjoys binge watching Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy. She’s into Pop-Punk music from the 2000s and is Taylor Swift’s #1 fan! Although she’s only been out of the country once (a visit to Ireland), Christen adores traveling. Her top destination is anywhere near a beach and she cites Maine and Miami as magical vacation spots. Cookies ’n Cream is her current fudge flavor of choice.

Cliff is married to his high school sweetheart, Catherine, and they have four grown children: two boys and two girls. Cliff enjoys boating, fishing and riding motorcycles. He collects vinyl records and attends concerts, particularly enjoying country and rock. His all-time favorite concert experience was seeing Alice Cooper perform live. His fudge flavor of choice is Raspberry Chocolate Swirl.

In her free time, Danielle spends as much time as possible with her husband and daughters. They frequent the trampoline park, enjoy shopping together, and get a kick out of exploring new restaurants. Danielle and her family adores cruise vacations and makes it a priority to go on at least one per year. Her mantra comes from Albert Einstein: “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.” Danielle is always tempted by Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt Fudge and Cinnamon Glazed Pecans.

Debbie enjoys time with family and friends from junior/senior high school who spend holidays, birthdays, and vacations together. Debbie was a hair stylist for 38 years and owned a salon. She likes cooking, gardening, and crafts, especially woodworking (she makes decorative signs). Debbie feels rejuvenated at the beach and relishes soaking in the sun and people watching. “Be the change you wish to see in the world” is her favorite Gandhi quote. Best fudge flavor? Strawberry Cheesecake.

When Denise has free time, she enjoys spending the majority of it with family and friends. In winter, skiing tops the list of family activities. During warm weather seasons, the O’Neills head to Disney parks. They are Disney fanatics! Denise uses the words of Theodore Roosevelt as her personal mantra: “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” And her all-time favorite flavor of fudge? Peanut Butter Explosion.

Family is the most important part of Diana’s life and she spends the majority of her spare time with her son, Matthew, and her seven nieces and eight nephews. She has a warm and generous heart, as evidenced by her favorite pastime: volunteering for the homeless. Diana also loves baking, especially for her colleagues who are celebrating birthdays. Hands down, her favorite fudge is Coconut Custard Pie!

A very spiritual person, Diane is a caretaker who’s worked with dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. She believes in being happy, joyous, and free and starts each day by saying, “Today’s going to be a great day!” Diane loves the beach, traveling, watching the Hallmark Channel, Christmas movies, and listening to MercyMe, Billy Joel, and the Eagles. Fun facts: she has been tandem skydiving and can mimic Mickey Mouse’s voice! Her favorite fudge flavors are Coconut Custard, Pumpkin, and Rocky Road.

Quiet, and fun-loving, Diego is a self-proclaimed jokester who gets a kick out of watching prank videos on YouTube. He also enjoys watching movies, fishing, and playing basketball. Being a people person, it’s no wonder that “No man is an island.” — the words of seventeenth-century English author, John Donne — are Diego’s words to live by. Diego adores Mexican Dark Chocolate Fudge, as well as Cinnamon Glazed Pecans and Cashews.

Evelyn is the youngest of four and she adores her family and German Shepherd, Koby, the family’s first pet. In her spare time, she likes to catch up on sleep, binge watch Netflix, or partake in her guilty pleasure…reality TV. She enjoys movies and music, particularly Bad Bunny, a Latino rapper. Evelyn’s family takes walks together or heads to the gym for a family workout. She loves hanging out with friends and trying new restaurants based on Tik Tok recommendations. Evelyn is a Sagittarius, and they are known to love travel. Turks & Caicos may top her bucket list, but Evelyn and her family take an annual trip to Cancun and then to El Salvador to visit relatives. Some fun facts: Evelyn played on her high school tennis team, she is certified in CPR, and loves tropical places but can’t swim. Cookies ‘n Cream is her top fudge choice.

Georgie’s favorite pastime is playing basketball. When not on the court, he likes to listen to music and have a good time hanging out with friends. Georgie appreciates the meaning behind the title of Bobby McFerrin’s song “Don’t Worry, Be Happy!” His favorite flavor of fudge is Cookies ‘n Cream. Mmmm!

Helene is an empty nester with two grown children. She considers herself a homebody, and enjoys gardening, cooking, shopping, and anything family-related. An avid book reader, Helene is partial to mysteries and crime dramas. A good Stephen King novel excites her! Warm weather, beautiful beaches and listening to the ocean are her favorite past times. Playa del Carmen, Mexico, ranks as her top travel destination. Helene loves Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge, but will try anything with nuts!

Whether visiting a new town or eating at the latest restaurant, Ian loves experiencing “firsts” with his wife, Franca, and children, Tessa and Wilson. An active family, they ride bikes, play soccer, and get competitive at board games. Ian grew up in Liverpool and adores football (soccer). He plays, watches, listens to podcasts, and coaches. Ian believes in the adage: “Find something to laugh about every day.” He snacks on Cinnamon Glazed Cashews and Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt Fudge.

Irael, a native of El Salvador, loves the outdoors: parks, the beach, anywhere there’s nature. Irael likes to say that he has a “small house with a big backyard” where he enjoys hosting summer barbecues. He adores traveling and would one day like to visit Spain, the French Pyrenees, and Australia. Irael likes all genres of music and watches television only to see the news, soccer, and baseball. James’s niece means the world to him and he is thrilled when they can spend time playing. He’s also up for biking, socializing with friends, and hanging with his girlfriend. James lives by the motivational quote: “The harder you work for something, the greater you will feel when you achieve it.” He’s an equal opportunity fudge eater and likes all flavors!

Family is important to Jason, and he adores spending time with his wife and two kids. Jason likes taking his kids on bike rides and enjoying playground time. He loves cooking and watches shows like Top Chef. Those who knows Jason appreciate his passion for Penn State Football and Wrestling. Jason’s go-to favorites are Caramel Coconut Delight Fudge and Cinnamon Glazed Cashews.

Growing up, Jeanne spent summers in the Adirondack Mountains and snowmobiled there in the winter. In fact, she has snowmobiled in upstate New York, out west, and Canada. She enjoys the water and loves boating and taking river cruises. With family in Brighton and London a huge draw, her favorite travel destination is England. She enjoys music (Aerosmith), soccer, and hockey (Go Rangers!). An avid reader, you’ll find Jeanne reading in her car at lunchtime. Classic Chocolate is her top fudge flavor.

Jen is the oldest of six and thrilled to be a first-time aunt. She rides her horse, Annie, an off-track thoroughbred, about four times a week and loves to garden and grow vegetables. She also enjoys reading, country music, and traveling (her favorite place is Kenya where she went on safari). Jen is rarely in the kitchen since her fiancé, Dan, loves to cook and is a grill master! She likes Chocolate Walnut Fudge and she believes: “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” – Aesop

Jenn treasures spending time with her husband and son…and they love watching movies together as a family. The bulk of Jessica’s time outside of work is spent with her husband and two daughters — and she’s usually driving the girls to their activities. Jessica enjoys nesting at home and finds pleasure in cooking and baking. She absolutely, no doubt about it, LOVES coffee! She can drink it at night and still go right to sleep. Zzzzzz! Jimmy is a digital fanatic. He watches vlogs and videos on YouTube, and really enjoys playing video games, role play, in particular. Jimmy prides himself on being as organized as possible. A quote written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle for his Sherlock Holmes character mean a great deal to Jimmy: “The chief proof of man’s real greatness lies in his perception of his own smallness.” Jimmy is a big fan of Cookies ‘n Cream Fudge.

Jobanny, a native of the Philippines, cherishes spending time with his wife, Nieva, and their two children. He enjoys taking walks, seeing friends, shopping at the mall, and eating out. Although he loves good Filipino food, he finds a delicious burger or pizza appealing. Jobanny is an avid basketball and badminton player who has recently taken up tennis. He enjoys traveling and the glitzy city of Las Vegas is on his bucket list of places to visit. Jobanny’s favorite fudge flavor is Chocolate.

John and his family enjoy their waterfront home, especially during the summer. He likes fishing, jet skiing, boating, the beach, and family clambakes. John is a fan of horror movies and TV shows focusing on history, investigation, discoveries and aliens. Favorite vacation spots? Puerto Rico, Turks & Caicos, Haiti, Mexico and Walt Disney World. His go-to hobby is restoring muscle cars and he cooks! Paella is his signature dish. Fudge favorites? Jelly Donut and Salted Nut Roll take top honors.

A sports lover who played college volleyball and follows the Mets and Giants, John likes to hang out with friends and play sports, particularly basketball. He also loves to pal around with his dog, Finn. John likes nature and enjoys hiking and the beach. Family vacations were usually centered around trips to national parks. He’s visited Glacier National Park, Yosemite, and has embraced his adventurous side by going white water rafting. A travel buff, John names Nashville as one of his favorite cities — he simply enjoys its vibe. A whirlwind trip throughout Europe tops his bucket list. John enjoys streaming and Breaking Bad and The Sopranos are two of his favorite television shows. He listens to all genres of music including country, classic rock, and rap, and even has a 32-hour playlist on Spotify! Fun Fact: From 7th through 12th grade, John studied Mandarin. Jomar loves spending time with his wife and three children. He’s a huge video gamer and likes baseball (he’s a Mets fan, his wife likes the Yankees). He enjoys sleeping, listening to classic rock, and watching action movies and historical World War II films. Jomar would love to visit his native Philippines, since he hasn’t been back in 30 years. Jomar gets kidded because his last name is the same as a Star Wars vehicle: the AT-AT walker (All Terrain All Transport). His favorite fudge is Rocky Road.

Jonathan prioritizes quality time with his wife, two children, and a cat named Ruby. Whether it’s basking in the outdoors at the park, beach, or water park with the family, or engaging in sports activities like basketball, football, and biking, he cherishes every moment. He’s also an avid fan of interactive sports video games, playing them with his children. Music is a constant source of joy for Jonathan. While he truly enjoys Green Day, he has a soft spot for Taylor Swift, whom he took his daughter to see in concert, resulting in a memorable high-five moment with the singer. Jonathan frequently visits his in-laws’ home in the Poconos, indulging in activities like paddle boarding and kayaking, and simply enjoying the beautiful lake. An interesting tidbit about Jonathan is his knack for voicemail artistry, where he reimagines and records popular songs as outgoing voicemail messages. He’s also adept at voice impersonations, ranging from Arnold Schwarzenegger and Adam Sandler to Borat and the Cookie Monster. A native of the Philippines, Jun is a sports fanatic who could watch ESPN all day long. His favorite televised sports are basketball and football. He also enjoys playing basketball, table tennis and was on his high school’s swim team. Jun likes watching action shows and police dramas. He’s fascinated with the military and admires those who serve their country. Most importantly, he cherishes time spent with his wife, and their adorable son. Jun’s top fudge flavor is Rocky Road.

Whenever he can, Junior enjoys listening to music — classic rock is his favorite genre. You can also find him in front of the television watching boxing or mixed martial arts. In his down time, he loves spending time with family, cooking, and fixing things around the house. He’s an equal opportunity fudge lover and names Chocolate and Rocky Road as his favorite varieties.

Karen is a woman who embraces the simple life and adores spending time with her husband, two children, and two miniature schnauzers. As a family, they enjoy bike rides together and weekend visits with relatives. In her down time, Karen loves to garden, watch Netflix, and cook. The family is into outdoor grilling and they watch different chefs on YouTube for inspiration. Karen loves to travel and likes anything beach related. Fun fact: After graduating college, Karen visited approximately 30 states across the U.S. and lived in various locations. A self-proclaimed “foodie,” Kathryn loves baking and tinkering with recipes. She “dreams in buttercream!” As a child, Kathryn wouldn’t put down her crayons. Today, she paints in acrylics and watercolor, and loves to scrapbook. Kathryn is a joyful person who likes 80’s music, movies, and loves to sing. Her version of karaoke is nicknamed “Kathy-oke” and she’ll belt out Danke Schoen. As for fudge…she enjoys anything with peanut butter, raspberries, and Vanilla Fudge with goodies mixed in.

Kelly likes to travel, whether it be to visit friends and family or to get away and recharge. Her best vacation to date was her two-week trip to Italy (that included side trips to Salzburg, Austria and Munich, Germany for Oktoberfest). When the weather is nice, she enjoys taking leisurely drives to the North Fork of Long Island. Sometimes her fur-baby is her co-pilot. In her downtime, she likes to read mystery novels and occasionally a biography. Picking just one favorite fudge flavor is tough for Kelly, so she opts for Raspberry Lemonade as a great summer flavor, and Peanut Butter Chocolate as one of her classic choices.

Ken cherishes time with his wife, Kristy, son, Kyle, and they like movies, board games and video games. In summer, they enjoy the beach, hiking and mountain biking. They also love snowboarding, martial arts, and basketball. The LA Lakers are Ken’s favorite team. He loves cruises, Turks & Caicos, and puts Dubai high on his bucket list. Ken enjoys reading, Marvel movies and anime. He’s competed in martial arts tournaments and loves to draw. Favorite fudge? Salted Caramel Peanut and anything with coconut.

Kenny is a dedicated employee who spends his days happily supporting his Calico Family.

A native of Brazil, Lara adores the beach, barbecues, traveling, and playing sports. Fun fact: she played professional volleyball for 10 years! Lara cherishes time with her husband, Michael, and their golden retriever, Archie. She likes to explore new places, discover new restaurants, spend quality family time, host friends at home and play board games, and watch “feel good” television. Lara’s #1 bucket list item is to see the Northern Lights. Her favorite fudge is Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt. Words she lives by: “Practice makes purpose.” and “Trust the process.”

A New York native, Laurie was born in Buffalo and lived in Syracuse, Albany, and Manhattan before leaving the state in 1999. She’s made her home along the eastern seaboard, as well as California, Texas, Tennessee and Thailand. Laurie and her husband, Steve, love golf and boating. They enjoy life at the marina, as well as taking out their boat on day trips and weekend excursions. When Laurie gets the chance to watch television, she prefers documentaries and programs focusing on history and war. She is a trained classical pianist who enjoys all music genres. While working in Thailand, Laurie traveled to amazing places like Laos, Vietnam, Japan and the UK. Her favorite spot is Koh Samui, an island south of Bangkok, that is simply a beautiful, peaceful place. When it comes to communication, Laurie believes “It’s all in the delivery!” Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge is her current fave!
